Registration – ESOCC 2016


General Notes

  • Each accepted workshop paper requires at least one of the following registrations:
    • Full registration
    • First-day workshops
    • Student
  • Each accepted conference paper requires at least one of the following registrations:
    • Full registration
    • Student
  • A maximum of two papers (regardless if conference paper, workshop paper, etc.) can be linked to one full or student registration.

Full Registration Fee

Includes:

  • all conference sessions,
  • all workshop sessions,
  • lunch and coffee breaks (Mon-Wed),
  • the welcome reception on Monday evening,
  • the conference dinner on Tuesday,
  • one copy of the conference proceedings.

 

Workshop Fees

Includes:

  • all workshops on Monday,
  • lunch and coffee breaks on Monday,
  • the welcome reception on Monday evening.

Student Fee

The students package is equivalent to a full registration. Note: When registering as student, the (PhD) student status has to be verified by sending a scanned copy of either a student card or a confirmation letter from the university, within one week after registration but latest until August 22, 2016, to info@esocc2016.eu.

Accompanying Person

This fee includes

  • the welcome reception on Monday evening,
  • the conference dinner on Tuesday.

Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please send an email to info@esocc2016.eu .

Please note that such a letter can only be issued after your registration has been completed and your payment has been received. When sending your request, please specify your full name, your full address, and the way you want the letter to be transmitted (e.g., regular mail or email).
